Trigger Scratch on hover, no click (mouse/trackpad only — hover doesn't exist on touch)

Invitation cue (§7 options — combinable) Pre-scratched corner (top-left) Distressed corner (top-left) Neurotic flicker (top-left, respects reduced motion)
